Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how AgentReady handles information when you use the AgentReady Control Plane and related managed Environment services (the “Service”).

Information we handle

• Account, organization and Environment administration information.
• Deployment, entitlement, health and usage information needed to manage Environments.
• Credentials and provider resources required for managed services, protected by the Control Plane.
• Support and security information needed to operate and protect the Service.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate administrators, provision and manage isolated Environments, enforce plans and usage limits, deliver managed inference, maintain audit and security controls, and provide support. AgentReady does not sell customer data.

Environment data boundary

Business payloads, ERP credentials, prompts and detailed agent audit records remain inside the customer Environment. The Control Plane receives only the management, enrollment, health and usage data required for the contracted service.

Connected services

The Service may use hosting, model and infrastructure providers to operate managed features. Provider credentials are held by the Control Plane and are not exposed to customer agents. Data handling can also be governed by the policies of the connected provider.

Retention and deletion

We retain Control Plane records while the organization or applicable service relationship is active. Security, billing and legal records may be retained for a limited period. You may request deletion by contacting us.
